Really wish you had the weight machine that works the abdomen and back.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming at Fitness+! It’s a great atmosphere that accepts and welcomes all ages at any fitness level. There is a wide variety of workout equipment, and I love the variety of fitness classes that are offered. The facility and the showers/bathrooms are very clean with a locker system for personal items. The sauna is a great addition to the fitness center! The membership prices are very affordable, and I like that there’s no contracts. Supporting local is the way to go!
Its great to be able to go to a gym when you cant go out because of rain or something
