Been training at this gym when I was a 14year old teenager, its an icon and one of the last true kiwi icon gyms, if you want to train old school and have that Arnold days feelings real iron plates well this is the gym for you its old school and a true kiwi history
Been here for over a year now... I like it alor... machines... staff... prices... all suit and adult student like me... and it's clean!
Still a cool place for a work out, great and super cool staff as well
