While this USED to be a reputable establishment, it has had a noticeable decline in recent years, and today was the ICE-ing on the cake. I have never turned around and left the fitness plaza because I didn't feel safe getting out of my car. The ice in the lot was so bad this morning, my car was literally sliding with me in it. We've had worse storms, and more snow, but never this much ice in the lot that I remember. VERY disappointed with this gym. I've visited most of the gyms in the Lehigh Valley, and I must say this gym is horrendous. Most of the employees are extremely unfriendly. The bathrooms are dirty. The gym equipment isn't well maintained. And the landscaping is a joke. It looks like someone literally planted weeds everywhere. I went in to use the gym a few times because a friend of mine wanted me to join him. Great gym! – My old gym charged you for towels, was small and over crowded, didn't have locks on the lockers, made you pay for classes, and didn't have free babysitting. Fitness plaza is the complete opposite! They have nice fresh towels every time you come in, babysitting, LOTS of machines and weights, different fun classes to choose from (free!), and locks. This gym is by far amazing. I don't think I'll ever go to any other gym (:
Best health club I've ever seen – Very nice staff. Very helpful and very friendly. Top notch equipment and facilities. I lost 25 pounds and increased all my weights. They have a great free-weight area! I live in New Jersey but work nearby, it's worth the extra trip. It's conveniently located to my job and I-78 so it's easy to get in and out. Fitness Plaza at Iron Run – The Fitness Plaza has a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Great classes, excellant up to date equipment, and a fantastic childcare room, makes the Fitness Plaza my favorite club in the Lehigh Valley.
