Great gym and atmosphere to work out it in. Has everything that you need to get a great work out in!
Been at FPC since 2012. I hadn’t worked out in a gym for 35 years. After my first workout, abs were sore for 2 weeks! Shawn has lead me to love workouts, tailoring them to my individual needs. Now 67, I still can do any physical activity I want. Shawn’s on the Mt Rushmore of my life! And FPC is a great place, a community of like-minded individuals of all ages. If you want to stay healthy as you age, see Shawn!
Shawn is the best trainer I have ever worked with. I have worked with some of the best trainers through division 1 and professional baseball and Shawn still comes out on top. His 44+ years of training experience are unmatched in the industry and are clear when training. If you are a top tier athlete or someone looking to get in shape- I cannot recommend FPC and Shawn enough.
