Here at Fitness One, our main focus is you. We strive to give you the best membership experience there is to offer. We specialize in providing fitness options for all fitness levels. We have over 80 group fitness classes through out the week, a fully stocked weight room with hammer strength machines, cable machines, squat racks, assisted smith, and dumbbells from 3lbs - 120lbs. I can not believe I have been a member for five years already! Prior to the pandemic, I enjoyed their circuit and a multitude of classes. Super instructors who take their jobs seriously, but try to make working out fun. I took them for granted! Then the lockdown occurred. I was so thrilled when they reopened.
