Easy gym access when visiting Baudette! Just sign up online and pick up your fob from the owner. Gym has free weights, squat racks, cardio machines and more. Everything I need for a good workout. Owner is very friendly, helpful and responsive as well!
Poor example for a gym
Extremely clean & new facility. They have a squat rack, freedom rack (like a smith machine, barbells, deadlift/power platform, dumbbells up, kettlebells, along with a pullup/dip tower. For cardio/conditioning equipment they have spin bikes, ellipticals, seated bike/stepper, treadmills, & a rower. 3 bathrooms all with showers as well.
