It's a small gym but it has all the equipment that you would need. It is so clean and everyone takes time to wipe down the equipment and weights after using them. The personal trainers, especially, Abby Arana, are amazing and will help you get results.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere of this gym. It was always well kept and never “super busy.” At any of the times I went. I hated to leave this gym but i moved further away and wasn’t practical to keep the membership. If you’re close to the Frankfort avenue area and need a good neighborhood gym give this gym a look, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely can’t say enough about this gym! Extremely friendly owner and staff and a great layout for any fitness level. If you’ve ever struggled with gym anxiety, this is a comfortable neighborhood gym to work on yourself.
