Great value and a good hometown feel. The idea of driving to a gym seems ludicrous to me. I love the ability to walk or run to this gym as my warmup.

Excellent gym, has everything you need and 24/7 hours. During my year as a member all of the equipment was meticulously maintained with no incidents where equipment was out of service. The facility was always clean as well. This is an excellent place to work out if you enjoy privacy and smaller crowds, or need 24 hour flexibility. Even at peak hours it doesn’t get crowded. Loved working out here, the wonderful scenery of Frankfort Ave is a huge bonus as well. Highly recommend this gym!

The gym itself is more than adequate. The reason they even got 3 stars from me was because they have lockers. The downside is that they don't seem to be fitness oriented but rather more money oriented. Their month to month fee, which is reoccurring btw, is $65! In order to get the discount of $20 a month, which only brings their rate down to market, you have to sign a year contract AND give them your bank account number so they can draft your account for a year. It's a small gym but it has all the equipment that you would need. It is so clean and everyone takes time to wipe down the equipment and weights after using them. The personal trainers, especially, Abby Arana, are amazing and will help you get results.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere of this gym. It was always well kept and never “super busy.” At any of the times I went. I hated to leave this gym but i moved further away and wasn’t practical to keep the membership. If you’re close to the Frankfort avenue area and need a good neighborhood gym give this gym a look, you won’t be disappointed.
