Always great atmosphere and staff
It very decent but staff isn't all that friendly maybe to other people that they know but if they don't know you that a different attitude but over all it okay . Just a heads up for anyone that starting out a workout for a new year or just new to this gym ♀️
Great gym. Excellent selection of free weights. If you go early it's not busy and you can use any equipment you need. They don't have rowers or bands but otherwise can get a full, varied workout. I'm used to my garage gym and not having to share space or equipment. So far I've been able to do my full routine without having to wait on equipment or have others wait on me.
Just spent 3 mornings here, and got some great workouts in. Staff is friendly, day pass is cheeper than most, and a good selection of equipment! Morning crowd is super chill, gym is very clean, and the cafe in front has delicious protein shakes!!
Here’s my honest review for this gym. First super expensive for no reason other than it being the only gym in town. I’ve spent 15 bucks a month for a gym twice the size with actual changing rooms and showers. Next they don’t offer water fountains at all so bring a bottle and avoids paying there god awful prices on drinks. The equipment breaks all the time and takes months literally months to fix there’s still equipment there now that’s broken and still being used. The staff are sometimes there or sometimes just not existent.... read more
