Wonderful Pilates classes and a fantastic workout. A must-try!
The best thing i did is going back to fitness Nation. I was going 5x per week prior to pandemic, now im back again and loving it. The people are grest, the trainers are amazing and they motivate everyone!!!
This is the best workout place in Mississauga. The trainers are really friendly and always motivate you to push the limits.
