Fitness M.D. in Barstow is more than a gym. It’s basically my older sister’s therapy office with dumbbells. She works here, and let me tell you: if you think you have stress, try being the younger sibling of someone who deadlifts their emotions. Overall, the staff is super helpful, the equipment is solid, and the vibes are immaculate.
