Great experience particularly with ESH Nancy. Very knowledgeable and helpful regarding fitness tips and training. Highly recommend this hidden gem.
Overall great Gym. We were a group passing through town for the week. They offered a relative inexpensive week pass that you could use at anytime of the day. The weights were solid, and the gym had that old school feel. We really enjoyed it and recommend to anyone looking for a place to pump some iron.
The girl with the glasses and badly colored hair (not the one with the glasses and dark natural hair color) has been profiling me ever since there was a situation with my key. Even though it was letting me in and gets automatically taken from my account she said my account isn’t active. We come to find out it is and ever since then she tells me I’m not putting things back right, that I’m not cleaning the machines right when people don’t even clean them.
