Great spot
Such a great gym! Great location & awesome instructors. Classes are usually full & pretty popular! Decently priced & good environment. Daycare is awesome! Thank you fitnessMD for keeping the environment simple & easy to acclimate to
Went here for Deka Mile as they were a host gym and it seemed like a very nice place.
Great workouts and lots of very helpful advice from the trainers (stretches, nutrition, modifications, etc). My overall fitness has increased a lot since starting especially with cardio.
