I’ve really enjoyed my time at this gym. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes walking in the door so much easier. The amenities are great, and the sauna quickly became one of my favorite parts of the day. The classes are definitely challenging, but in the best way. They always left me feeling stronger and accomplished. Overall, a great environment to train in. Highly recommend!

I've been going to the gym here for nearly 3 months now. As someone who has never had a gym membership, this is the perfect place to get started and stay with. Staff is incredibly friendly, and other gym goers have been extremely helpful as well.
