I have been training with Deep for a while now. She’s genuinely professional and makes sure the clients reach their goals. I like the way she mixes a variety of exercises and pushes to go beyond. She understands individual needs of every client. I have been working to get a toned body and it has helped me to get rid of my cervical pain as well.
