Our treadmill needed repair. We scheduled the visit and told them the error code on the machine. The technician came out and noted the motor brushes needed replacement but did not have them with him. He TOLD ME I could do it myself as it is simple to do. $149 for the service call. Within 1 week the same error code appeared. I called them back and received an email estimate for $249 for another 1 hour service call plus the parts.
