This is the second time I have used Fitness Machine Techs to service my treadmill. They are easy to schedule with and both techs have been extremely knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough!
Kyle was fast professional and knowledgeable
I was hoping to fix my 8 year old treadmill instead of replacing it as I use it everyday. They got it running as though it were new and at a very reasonable price. The technician, Kyle, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this group to anyone in need of their services!
Email Communication takes about 24 hrs for a response back (not terrible) Website says Brands service "Peloton"; however, I have a Peloton Tread and even after getting a walking belt and drive belt for the tread the company said they could not install it to contact Peloton. Company should consider updating their website for the brands they truly do service.
Kyle was conscientious, efficient, personable and answered all my questions. I look forward to seeing him again at next year's "treadmill checkup." Based on my experience, it's easy to recommend your company to others who want to maintain their fitness equipment in top shape. Thank you for the great work.
