Zach didn’t speak to me about the work he was performing and didn’t communicate when he finished. Just left. I have no idea if Zach actually serviced my equipment? This was not a good service appointment and I would like to speak to a service manager.
Jesse was wonderful to work with for general maintenance on our Sole treadmill. He went above and beyond to even call Sole to get us some replacement parts. We have signed up for the 2-year maintenance plan, and look forward to continue working with Jesse in the future.
Excellent and reasonably priced service for my treadmill. I have been working with them for the past couple of years and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Highly recommended!
