We had them service our Bowlex Max Trainer in January and it is experiencing the same issue six months later (very little use). I requested them to come back out to fix the machine again and after waiting eight days for some scheduling notification (they claim to have called and emailed me but did not) I called them again. We called another fitness machine repair company and they were absolutely awful...two trips/two different technicians/two misdiagnosed problems (bottom of the barrel troubleshooting skills) - they both should be fired! They caused me to spend $275 dollars on a part I didn't need and it was non-refundable. Then I contacted Fitness Machine Technicians - Wow! 1st time using Fitness Machine Technicians, wow I have to say, I was very impressed with Caleb & Edward, they came in very respectful, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with my Free Motion Dual Cable Machine, they had me up and going in a matter of minutes. I WILL be using them for my equipment & I highly recommend this company to anyone!! 5 Star all around!!
Yes, I’ve had the most amazing experience with Kenyatta, Mike, and Andy! They did an amazing job. They finally got the treadmill up and running.!!! so happy with the job that fitness machine technicians have done. We will definitely call you again and you’re highly recommended.!!! special things to Andy for working so hard on this, as well as Mike! But I really want to thank Kenyatta for leading me this direction. He has been wonderful and he’s now a new addition to my family lol!!!
There was a clear lack of expertise and professionalism, and they completely overcharged for the service provided. In the end, my equipment is still not in working condition. They have one senior technician who knows what they’re doing, but instead they send technicians who lack the necessary expertise. They learn on the job rather than actually fixing the issue—be prepared to pay while they figure things out. The cherry on top is that they even charge for paperwork!!!
