Our technician was great. Very friendly and professional. Went above and beyond.
Jon is a great technician. He said that he loves what he does and it shows. He explained his repair and ensured that our Treadmill works to my wife’s specifications. We could not be happier with the repair and with Jon.
John came to our house to serves the tread mill. Not only did he service the machine, he took time to explain the ease preventive maintenance that we could fo ourselves to insure the longevity of our current machine. On top of that he was very personable and took the time to answer all of my questions,
Fantastic experience. Liam saved us from having to buy a new treadmill (and discard an older model). We had Sole F80, 2019 model. Everything worked fine but the monitor became fuzzy. New console was needed. Liam was able to source the part at a reasonable price and perform maintenance for us. I did help him with install, but only because I wanted to learn. He was more than capable of doing the job alone. He is very knowledgeable and a nice person. Hopefully, we won't have to call back for issues soon, but if I do, I'm going ... read more
