Great gym
Very friendly environment and encouraging coaches reminding you you’re never alone at the Lair. I never thought in million years I’d be going to the gym & loving it! It’s been a great experience these past 8 months or so and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! Im feeling so much stronger and confident than when I first walked in the door to inquire about this place ! 10/10 place to start , if you have no idea what your doing , they help you every step of the way. ♥️ the Lair Family
Amazing place , amazing people , such a good atmosphere . This is not a I do CrossFit hear me roar type of gym , it’s a let’s one come all and let’s do a workout together to achieve a healthy lifestyle . Ps very baby friendly !!
Fitness lair is my happy place! The kind and encouraging words from all coaches keep me going, I don’t think I could just go to a regular gym-the motivation I get from being at these coach led classes keep me motivated! Healthy, happy people are my people!
Great place … great people! One of the best decisions I have made was to join the lair! The coaches and fellow members are amazing… they offer great guidance, support and encouragement!
