Love this gym! Kristen is so motivating and keeps the classes fun with fresh routines, upbeat music and effective workouts. Classes are a good mix of all fitness levels, affordable prices, no contracts - just a great workout with a great group of people!!

Kristen Henshaw is one of the best. I love the personalized instruction that she provides. Although this is her business and income revenue is important to all business owners, Kristen gives her HEART and SOUL to the Kula Community. She genuinely cares about each and every member.
