Hands down, the BEST gym in town! Always clean, and all the equipment you could ever need. 10/10. Thank you FIT in Troy!
I love this gym. It’s the best gym I’ve ever worked out at. Places that bring you joy and give you a sense of community are top tier. I love that the girls locker room has showers and like deodorant, hair ties, tampons as needed. The free weight bar is 5 but there’s also a smith machine, has everything you need here. I love the layout too, the room downstairs if you want a vibe to yourself with a free weight bar/weights/steps is my fav part ! 10/10 reccomend
