Just came today, on vacation from SK. Awesome setup! Absolutely destroyed my legs, might be my first time at a public gym (I have a home gym) but still had a great time. Would definitely recommend❤️

I've never felt the need to leave a public review on a business before, let alone a negative one, but after my experience with this company in trying to cancel my membership, I feel like I have no choice. It's a shame, because the gym itself is excellent. However, the way Trevor handles cancellations is disturbing and unethical. To cancel a month-to-month membership with Fitness Inc, you either have to transfer your account to someone new, or provide proof that you've moved to a different city. The gym itself is great, but the customer service is lacking. It's mostly staffed by teens, and when I called to ask about pricing, the female I spoke with was vague and didn’t offer any helpful details unless I asked specifically—like the fact that it was the last day for their $99-for-99-days promo. When I came in to sign up, another young staff member didn’t explain that she had already set up an account for me in the app or show me how to use it.
