I have been a Fitness Inc member singe they originally opened 23 years ago. The gym is well run and very clean. The men's locker room always smells fresh. The staff is friendly and works very hard. My wife became ill, this year, and wanted to continue to go to the gym even though it was getting difficult for her as her health failed. Trevor and his staff did everything they could to help us get her into the gym and exercise. They truly care about their clientele.
I've never felt the need to leave a public review on a business before, let alone a negative one, but after my experience with this company in trying to cancel my membership, I feel like I have no choice. It's a shame, because the gym itself is excellent. However, the way Trevor handles cancellations is disturbing and unethical. To cancel a month-to-month membership with Fitness Inc, you either have to transfer your account to someone new, or provide proof that you've moved to a different city. Just came today, on vacation from SK. Awesome setup! Absolutely destroyed my legs, might be my first time at a public gym (I have a home gym) but still had a great time. Would definitely recommend❤️
