Fitness impact is definitely a family of fitness and a reliable source to get you healthy for yourself and family.
I have been a member at Fitness Impact for almost two years and I love it. Marianna and her team are wonderful. The best part about this gym is that the trainers are all knowledgable, friendly, and willing to meet clients at their level (offering modifications and alternate exercises) and help them make progress no matter what their starting point is. The built-in nutritional consultations and fitness contests are also a great aspect that encourage not only better lifestyle changes, but help to foster a sense of community!
