I think this gym has a great variety of classes. But I decided to try their summer special and the price was great until I realized that they do not allow you to participate in any of the reformer classes and on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays classes end at 12. Also, note when I joined they were validating parking and shortly after they abruptly changed their minds and decided not to validate. Weekends the garage is expensive and street parking is limited so Not cool !!!
Tried. Ab class & low impact cardio class. Loved the teachers … very energetic & lively ! Loved it. Going back
This is good gym.i really really appreciate for their hospitality.
really nice space and very clean. the staff are very kind and helpful. however most of the clientele are older so the classes are more catered to them. if you’re looking for a tough workout class I would go elsewhere, but if you want to use the machines it’s great.
