Fitness HQ has been the most welcoming, supportive, and rewarding gym I have ever been a part of. The range of gym abilities from beginner to advanced creates a wonderful natural sense of mentorship that I'm yet to notice at other gyms. Fitness HQ is the best gym I have belonged to! It's well set up with great equipment, never crowded, with a lovely atmosphere and very clean facilities. The staff are approachable and always happy to offer advice and pointers. I love the group classes for extra motivation and the infra red sauna for a bit of relaxation and recovery.

The gym has an amazing atmosphere — clean, well-equipped, and super motivating. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help you reach your goals. I’ve seen real progress since joining, and the group classes are so much fun! Highly recommend this place to any woman looking to get fitter, stronger, and more confident.
