I wish I could give more than five stars. Me and my partner started here a couple of years ago with no CrossFit experience and found THE BEST community. I've tried a couple of other crossfit gyms while travelling but none have come close to HQ either for the programming or for the laughs.
Been with Fitness HQ for years. Hands down the best Xfit gym I have been to. The programming is excellent, the facilities are premium and the culture is unbeatable. Do yourself a favour and join the team!

I joined Fitness HQ almost a year ago, and I haven’t regretted it for a second. You often see images of CrossFit gyms that look super intimidating and intense, but I can honestly say Fitness HQ is the complete opposite. Couldn’t have joined a better gym after moving over from the UK. The coaches are fantastic and genuinely care, each of them bringing their own skills and experience to the classes. We quickly joined the unlimited membership and its great value with 24/7 access and use of the recovery facilities. I recommend Fitness HQ to everybody and look forward to every session.
