Amazing. BEST gym I have ever been to. Quick workouts, affordable, flexible timetable and attentive staff. Like being part of a family.
This is by far the best gym I've ever been to. Not only are the staff Ric and Ej 100% understanding and supportive as well as encouraging but the atmosphere is exactly the same. I mainly go in the mornings and the people that go at the same time are so friendly and supportive as well. It really makes a difference to be surrounded with so much support. Ric and his team are so hands on. I honestly feel results after a few sessions. Great atmosphere. If you want to melt the fat. This is the place to be.
I love Fitness Headquarters FHQ35 minute workout, with a personal trainer to motivate me. I also love the fact that you can walk in at anytime to start you circuit training. Love it.
