Whilst the on-the-ground team at the front counter are always friendly and super helpful, this gym's management is unethical and dishonest. I have moved overseas and was required to cancel my gym membership. I sent an email with my details confirming that I wanted to cancel my membership - but they asked me to complete a useless cancellation form instead - meaning that because I didn't complete the cancellation form a while after having had sent my initial cancellation email, I had to pay for a further 4-weeks. The 12-month contract is actually not a 12-month contract and instead a lifelong sign up with excessive fees to exit the membership. The gym has periodically lied to me about when my membership is ending, continually extending the date, my 12-month contract expired in December of 2024 and 6-months later I am still being billed and being told that to exit I have to pay a months worth of membership to cancel the membership. Its a shame, this is our little gym and just needs a bit of TLC to keep it maintained and safe. Some great folks to workout with and staff have been very friendly. Just a call out to the management team to adequately maintain equipment, attend to faults promptly and keep up the cleaning. Imo not a huge ask for the monthly dues. Certainly would be a shame to lose the gym because of low standards, poor upkeep and consequently injury to users or loss of membership. Rally the HC 24/7 team pls!

The gym is easily one of the most unprofessional and unethical establishments I have encountered in my life, and that is saying a lot. The fans have not been working for 1.5 years despite *numerous* requests to management to consider fixing them. The exercise bikes, stairclimbers, TV's, AC's and several other equipment have been out of order for weeks/months. It's literally the front half of the gym that is dysfunctional!
