Fitness Girl is like no other fitness facility. This all women fitness center, makes you feel safe and is judgment free. This workouts are fun and intense, and the coach pushes you but is also able to offer motifications on workouts that I am not able to do. I love this place!!!

This is a great place to workout , I love that it is only women and the coaches are helpful and will modify to your fitness level.

I have been attending this gym for a year. Fitness Girl has really helped me in developing a consistent workout schedule. The classes are around 45 minutes long- perfect length for it to be effective and efficient. I appreciate how the workout is set up to allow you to either challenge yourself or modify as needed.
