We were so excited to talk with Kyle Couch at Fitness Gallery, who helped us find the right exercise equipment for my husband and I in our late 60’s and early 70’s. Kyle was very knowledgeable about each equipment piece and offered some solutions that would work for us. We are really excited to start using our stationary bike.
John Perez gave me exceptional customer service! He spent quite a bit of time with me as we discussed the best rower for me to purchase. I am an avid exerciser so I wanted many details about the rower I was interested in. John was friendly and new his product very well. I am completely satisfied with my rower and I can't thank John enough for the tremendous customer service I received. I will definitely call him for my nest purchase!
Staff is courteous, eager to serve and professional in their knowledge. The sales associate who helped me is Eyston. He greeted me genuinely upon entering the S. Colorado Blvd location. I told him what I was looking for. He promptly showed me two products Fitness Gallery carried and made a good recommendation for what my desire was for the equipment. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and I will be back!
Billy Dalum at Fitness Gallery was very helpful and super nice. He has a lot of knowledge and I love supporting a family business. Delivery was seamless and I’m so happy with my new rower!!! I will shop here again when I’m ready to expand my home gym!!
