great caring therapists, but the business model doesn't work – I'd give the physical therapists who work there 5 stars easily, they're all really caring and knowledgeable and skilled at their jobs. I downrated, because the business model of having each therapist responsible for several people at the same time just didn't work for me. I would be shown the exercises and then left to do them on my own. In the end, I strengthened all the wrong muscles in my back and made pain worse instead of better.
