New manager of Waikoloa is not a good fit. She has absolutely no customer service and speaks rudly to people. We can all hear how she talks... it's not a big place and overhearing her conversations makes me feel.different about going there or ever interacting with her. Sad look to a good place since all the staff has been awesome so far.
I love this gym! Great equipment, nice staff, clean facilities, a variety of classes with wonderful instructors, and all ages and genders working out together. Seniors, your insurance may cover part or all of your membership!
Just spent a week on Puako beach and trained at Waikoloa Fitness Forever. Great equipment, very clean, not overly crowded and open very early! Good mix of equipment, several deadlift platforms and plenty of weight. Assault air runner, bike, rower and ski erg. It was great getting in around 5am, getting a killer workout and then having the rest of the day to spend with the family. Highly recommend!
Thanks to will who got me into this gym, he is a great motivator, He just signed me up for my third Year! great crew, good energy, Thanks again Will you are the man! (Highly recommend this gym)
