Awesome place to get into shape ! – Awesome personal trainer and he is very passionate about what he does!! I strongly recommend Fitness Forever if you are serious about losing weight and getting into the best shape of your life! Great motivation and encouragement is a added plus and Rick is a genuine person that cares about all his clients !
