We had a wonderful experience with Zamdance on Friday night! My kids keep asking to go back! It is super fun, supportive, and a great workout!
My 4 year old son comes here for occupational therapy and it has been a game changer. The facility is excellent and the staff is phenomenal.
This place and it's staff are awesome, everyone in the world can and should benefit from the fun filled, healthy solutions that they have to offer. I plan to attend multiple times per week from now on :-)
My Aspie son always had fun attending Fitness for Health activities and when he was younger, he thoroughly enjoyed the B social summer camp of Fitness for Health! I love that it was half-day sessions! The staff were wonderful with my son.
Lately I’ve been doing a new kind of exercise program. It is called BioDensity, and it’s not just good for my body, it’s good for my mind.
