Reading the previous comment about Fitness for Females, it is totally inaccurate. This is a new facility (for 2 years now) with no carpets, cleaned frequently by staff, fresh circulating air, staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. I have attended for many years and have never found a cause for complaint. This vile comment is either a case of mistaken identity of the facility, a revenge act for some perceived slight, or posted by a competitor.
My wife went...once. She said it smelled like urine and the carpets were dirty as were the work out equipment. Owner was rude and seemed to care only about herself, seemed really self-absorbed and entitled
