My husband and I walked into Fitzone to cancel his membership because he was never able to use your gym due to his permanent disability back in September 2025. We were told that he couldn't do it at Fitzone that he had to send an email. Which we didn't understand why he couldn't cancel in person. In the contract it states he could cancel in person, so why did the 2 ladies at the front desk tell him he couldn't cancel in person and the only way to cancel was through an email. I was traveling through Pahrump and just wanted a quick workout and a shower. I just dropped in and asked if I could do just that. The gentleman at the counter said, "sure, why not, glad to have you". What a wonderful experience.
