I got a membership to use for 2 days on a clinical rotation. Lost my headphone in one of the machines and tried for weeks to get it back. There was zero communication between staff about what happened and if there any search for it. Love FF10! The space is always clean, welcoming, and really well organized. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help without being overbearing. The equipment is top-notch and always in great condition. It’s the kind of environment that actually makes you want to show up. If you’re looking for a gym that feels motivating, supportive, and genuinely well run, I couldn’t recommend this place more!
