The customer service at this location is awesome I was haveing issues with the app and tried to get it fixed at several other locations multiple times for a month then I called this location and they figured it out in 5 minutes they actually worked to fix the problem thanks guys

I am a disabled Veteran. I had a knee replacement back in January. Afterward, I was going to Fallon Rehab. Once I completed the program I joined the Gym. I paid one year upfront. I enrolled a personal trainer. Twice a week 30 minutes each visit. Her name is Demarus Mayer. She is awesome and I have physically improved. I still consider myself in rehab. I have no complaints or issues with the gym. I am very satisfied.
Call and ask if they accept silver sneakers membership .said yes.. When I went there, Marcie said no .and I should leave immediately because I was going to shower after working out. She said that was a shower membership??. I am a Fallon resident. And she would not sign me up. Very rude...............I want to respond to the owner comment. .do you accept silver sneakers membership???
