Hello, I’m posting here as I hope someone might help escalate an issue from the Richmond Platinum branch in Melbourne, Victoria. I was incorrectly charged a fee, and although I have explained the situation via email and followed up, it seems my previous messages were not properly reviewed. I have also contacted head office, but the issue remains unresolved. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist in resolving this matter or advise the next steps. Thank you for you

Gym is overall great, but there’s something that bothered me today. I went to use the Evolt machine. I signed up and made an account, and when I went and clicked on sign in on the screen on the machine, nothing was happening. It looks like the screen is frozen. The only clickable thing on the screen was “Select Trainer,” but that does nothing. Am I doing anything wrong here? Would love to get an answer. I would ask in person, but the only times I can be at the gym are at night.

Unstaffed from 7pm on a Monday? Absolute joke of a gym. For someone who works there's about 4 hours a week when you can have a steam. *reply: It's unsafe to have a steam with no staff around? but OK to bench press heavy weights? That makes sense. Edit: Raised to 4 stars due to opening on Sunday.

Do NOT train at this gym from 9:30pm to 1am. There is a mentally ill woman that goes there at this time that drags the ski erg machine into the middle of the already small free weights area and uses the machine for over 2 hours (incorrectly might I add) have spoken to current management (Ebony) and they haven't done anything other than ignore request. Previous club manager (Jade Patterson) actually tried to enforce the rule. There were literal signs on the machine saying not to move the skierg machine but this selfish member... read more
