I tried to claim a 7-day pass for a friend yesterday and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the receptionist, Angie. When we walked in, she was playing on her phone. I tried to have a discussion with her about the pass, but found her to be extremely rude and hostile, raising her voice at me. Rather than trying to help or explain the situation professionally, she told me to leave and go to Fitness First Richmond. Would be great if the staff at this gym enforced the 'don't sit on a machine for 10 minutes' rule. Gym etiquette has gone out the winder at Vic Gardens. He only has 2 chapters to go fyi

Most of the machines don't work, they never repair them and they are all sticky. Seems it the same situation at the other clubs aswell. Constantly increasing the membership fee with no improvement to the gym itself. Glad it's closing.

Pay 33$ per week and all the elliptical machines are ancient and need major service or change over cmon guys
