The gym is really good! Christyna is very helpful with getting everything sorted for me!
I would have given more stars (not 5 as the gym equipment is dated or simply not working) if they hadn't been deducting membership fees AFTER i cancelled. Bianca Williams, the club manager was very quick to respond when I messaged to enquire about signing up for 1 month only, and we confirmed via email the end date as i gave my 30 days notice straight away. Since the end date we agreed on has passed they have deducted 4 additional payments and zero response when reaching out - head office for Fitness First don't seem to care... read more
