The reception staff member (latina or spanish) working today at 6:00pm needs training on customer service. On multiple days when informed about broken lockers or treadmills has spoken in a unprofessional tone of voice and seemed unbothered with communicating. Why bother having reception staff if they do not want to communicate with members nor assist with any issues.
Pilates class could do with a bit more consideration. Beds they use are the cheapest versions. You essentially go to class to watch an instructor on a television. The person running the class wouldn’t need accreditation.
New gym with great facilities and 24-hour access. Friendly staff and lots of gym buddies around. It’s busy most of the time, and parking can be tricky during peak hours
Overcrowded. Unclean. Cannot even get their sound system working so I often train in dead silence. Their ‘diamond’ wellness area is rubbish - filthy saunas, no privacy, broken LED lights, cracked wood inside saunas, a ‘booking system’ that does not work and on top of that, despite being a premium service, you have to pay $3.50 per towel. I have raised all of these issues multiple times with no response or action.
