Great place to work out but this has to be among the worst of the worst when it comes to customer service. They still seem to be up to their old scams to trap members: a member app that does nothing, outsourcing billing to Debit Success then claiming ignorance over errors and they blame each other, delaying membership cancellation requests and generally appearing to be aloof, unhelpful and deliberately avoiding criticism and cancellations.
Solid gym, great spread of equipment, friendly staff, very very busy during peak time though.
overpriced with a convoluted cancellation policy; money grabbers
