facility is fine. But the management is HORRIBLE!! careless people. I brought in my medical certificate to cancel my membership. yet they lost it . My consultant asked me to come in again n asked me to get another one . otherwise I will have to pay some $150 without the certificate. I was unhappy. they didn't have a solution but put my account on hold. recently they started to charge me again for nothing.!! the new manager tried to solve the problem but end up being a bully. she refused to give me the contact number of the h... read more
