I notified the gym and received confirmation that my membership was cancelled on 02/07/2026. However, on the very day my membership ended, I was still charged another week's membership fee. When I contacted the gym, they simply told me it was "the rule" and refused to issue a refund. This experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of applying common sense or showing any goodwill, they hid behind "the rules" to justify charging a customer for a membership that had already been cancelled. I’ve been to a lot of reformer classes, and I can honestly say Patty K is one of the best instructors out there. She guides every class so clearly, always offering encouragement, corrections, and motivation when it’s needed. She’s also just a genuinely wonderful human being who makes everyone feel welcome, supported, and capable! Highly recommend coming to Park St for Reformer, you won’t be disappointed!

I attend 3 classes a week at Park Street. For nearly 6 weeks the men’s toilets and basins have been out of operation again. No toilets is unacceptable for health and safety reasons The group fitness studio where I do my 3 classes (Step & Attack) had gym weights equipment dumped in the back corner for 6 weeks also. The steam room is also regularly offline for weeks at a time.
