Gym is ok, park st management is utterly useless. Everything takes 20 emails and never gets done properly. You ask to speak to management and the two managers are always ‘in a meeting’, ‘at lunch’ or ‘having gym time’. You leave your phone requesting a management call back, nothing. You follow up for management, nothing. I feel sorry for the reception staff as they’re the only ones actually doing their job. Talked with two guys wearing Fitness First promo shirts outside the Galeries in Town Hall called "Jake" and "James" about a Fitness First plan. Gave my number and they said they'd give a callback later. Got missed calls from Fitness First - the guy called "Jake" leaves a voice-mail calling me "Jackie Chan". Maybe he was upset I missed his calls. My apologies Jakey, don't be shy if we ever bump into each other in Town Hall again.
They give me a hard time to cancel my membership the manager is not professional at all and ghost me when I try to have it on phone
