Great facility. A lot of equipment and can do many activities, but I wish could be more space for self training using yoga mats. I checked this out on level 3 just quite fully packed with equipment. Some machines and lockers (female change room) still have trash :( But I love their sauna and steam room, amazing. Ps: I don't feel comfortable with exchanging IDs for locker card

Despite being beyond the fixed contract period and fully entitled to cancel, it’s clear that this company has no genuine intention of processing cancellations, no matter how persistently you follow up. I suspect the nickname 'Finance First' exists for a reason. Since 30 June 2025, I have made multiple phone calls, sent emails, followed up several times, and even lodged a formal complaint through the main website. I did a one-day trial and I was pleasantly surprised. The equipment is new. The gym is clean and not too crowded, even at lunchtime. The yoga class was good and relaxing, and the coach Ruben very welcoming. I didn't sign up because I had to leave Sydney, but I'll definitely sign up if I come back.
