This is a great gym! The morning front desk staff lady and manager were so friendly and welcoming. The group fitness classes and body pump classes are awesome here. Really clean and well organized gym and they have coed sauna and steam rooms. Lots of different equipment and space and if you can come during a non peak hours you’ll have lots of space. Great gym for whatever your workout goals are.
My membership with fitness first has been a great adventure in the the way of interaction with staff has been very humbling, hard to name them all , but Jodie in management has been so helpfull with my needs in various areas, in saying that I will be continuing my membership . Happy customer Joe
For the past three months, the gym’s sound system has been malfunctioning, affecting music and audio cues during workouts. Despite this, the gym staff have shown remarkable dedication and adaptability. Hope this issue will be resolved soon….
Studio sound system has been broken for the past 3 weeks and there has been no clear efforts on the fix. For us who's doing classes often, this is a major problems. Feel bad for those instructors who tried their best and shout for 1 hour during classes and using bluetooth speaker. Summer is supposed to be the time to attract people going to class and get fit as well but FF Market st is not doing well at all. Please fix it As per 14 January 2026... It's still not fixed :(
More modern club. But I need more classes for Body Combat and Body Pump!
