It is disappointing that Cameron will not action or respond to requests that sit under his responsibility. I have had to email 5 times, call everyday to cancel my membership within the cooling off period without any response from Cameron. I didn’t hear back, so I physically had to attend the gym to get assurance, concerned about going beyond the cooling off period. Hello, I’m posting here as I hope someone might help escalate an issue from the Richmond Platinum branch in Melbourne, Victoria. I was incorrectly charged a fee, and although I have explained the situation via email and followed up, it seems my previous messages were not properly reviewed. I have also contacted head office, but the issue remains unresolved. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist in resolving this matter or advise the next steps. Thank you

This is a great gym! The morning front desk staff lady and manager were so friendly and welcoming. The group fitness classes and body pump classes are awesome here. Really clean and well organized gym and they have coed sauna and steam rooms. Lots of different equipment and space and if you can come during a non peak hours you’ll have lots of space. Great gym for whatever your workout goals are.
My membership with fitness first has been a great adventure in the the way of interaction with staff has been very humbling, hard to name them all , but Jodie in management has been so helpfull with my needs in various areas, in saying that I will be continuing my membership . Happy customer Joe
