When I joined the gym, I was assured I would be able to access the sauna in the evening. About a month ago, without warning, the sauna began switching off at 7pm instead of 9pm. The gym has ignored member complaints. Beyond refusing to honour its commitments, the gym does not uphold any standards. There is no chairs or bench for rest. Unbelievable. They said there are not place for chairs (which is not true). So you should rest sitting on the dirty floor. Sauna is working until 19pm. So no one can use it. If you want to use it maybe you should take the day off from your job. They say that can’t pay staff one or 2 hours more. But they are happy to increase our membership. I don’t recommend this place. I’ll leave in one month.
