After a long absence due to injuries, I came back to my first reformer class, Taylor, who led the 4:30 Tuesday class was kind, accommodating and very helpful. She had a measured pace, great attitude and clear instructions. The music was adjusted to a perfect right volume so that I could hear everything she said ..well done!

You just copy and paste your answers! Answer my question! There's no excuse for your terrible customer service, and an annual increase doesn't address my complaints about excessive charges. Today, September 18th, you continue to charge me unreasonable amounts. $7.99 twice in less than a month, and $10 twice in less than a month! These charges are in addition to my normal monthly payment. And I still don't know the reason because I haven't heard back from you. I've sent you emails, but as always, you never respond.
Be careful when going to this gym. When you sign up for the free trial, they actually charge you for the whole week, but then they tell you that if you don’t want to continue, you can request a refund. But the most outrageous part is that they don’t actually do it. My partner and I tried it for just one day, and when we called to request the refund, nobody took responsibility. Changes to the fitness studios are ridiculous. Took a perfectly great space, and completely destroyed it. Will be cancelling to move elsewhere.
