literally 1/3 of the treadmills are out of order & there is a homeless people problem at this gym, at least in the female change room. i’ve been approached before while changing being asked for money because one of the people ‘has nowhere to stay’ and have noticed there’s a seperate woman who lingers for about 3 hours on thursdays in the change room just walking back and forth with her stuff (which she, along with others will store in the lockers indefinitely which leaves many unusable, especially during busy periods). obvio... read more

Terrible staff who rarely greet you and are always chatting at the counter. Also such limited equipment that I waited over 30 mins for one exercise machine to be available. Hot yoga is only powered by a heating system and the actual floor is not hot like it’s supposed to be and even then there are times when instructors forget to turn on the heat. Beware of the peeping eyes in the change rooms too. When I tried to quit the gym because of these, they refused to let me cancel and charged me $250 for the remaining contract. WOR... read more

I am a bit upset as yesterday 1:05pm session of yoga - it was a substitute teacher. She already had one session before mine and she started coughing badly towards the end. She sounds exhausted. There is NO doubt she is an excellent yoga teacher but it was worrying as we all have been in the room for one hour. And I was in the front. I also don’t imply she does not to harm people but it poses a huge risk of spreading the germ to other people. Today after 24 hours I start to have flu symptoms as well. Been there a few times, the worst gym experience I’ve ever had. Facility isn’t clean at all, esp this staff member was extremely unhelpful and unkind. I’d never go.
