Disappointing customer service. I went for a trial and joined straight away. I told them I was only a few days away from surgery on 20 August and was told that if I joined that day, I’d get free access until the surgery, no joining fee, and that I wouldn’t be charged until September when I was ready to train again. reformer pilates at 10 am with Iker is fantastic, he always explains each movement thoroughly and which muscles to use. he is very knowledgable and professional as if he is a personal trainer. hot flow yoga with jessica on saturday is also very enjoyable. shes a very responsible trainer and does the program along with the class.

Bizarrely few weights machines for such a large gym. Fairly run down, luke warm showers. Also the only gym I've been too on several continents that does not provide benchs in the changing rooms.

Very disappointing for a “Platinum” gym. The wet area has a horrible smell that makes it almost unusable, and the communal sauna and steam room are constantly out of service. Many of the showers are broken or in terrible condition, and even the water fountain and bins are completely rusted. It honestly feels like the facilities are being neglected, which is unacceptable given the high membership fees. As members, we expect at least a minimum standard of quality and proper maintenance.
