I’ve been a Fitness First member for over 3 years, and this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a company. After trying to cancel my long-term membership, I was told I had to pay a cancellation fee and give 30 days’ notice. I'll give 4.5 stars because it's my favourite gym and has room but it requires renovation to be honest.. when I first started in this gym 5 years ago it was very pretty.. now alot of lockers are broken ( I've fixed couple of them myself just because I know how ) and some equipment are unstable and yanky but I still like going here. Can't complain too much

Reposting this review so these liars don’t comment that they resolved. Not true, they ignore calls and emails awful customer experience. Disappointing customer service. I went for a trial and joined straight away. I told them I was only a few days away from surgery on 20 August and was told that if I joined that day, I’d get free access until the surgery, no joining fee, and that I wouldn’t be charged until September when I was ready to train again.
