I feel so supported in this gym 💖 and having the reform Pilates in the gym is amazing… I LOVE IT 🥰 also, PT Izabel is amazing, I am so looking forward to working with her 🤩💖🎁

If you get to go to one of Francoise’s classes- do it! She is so knowledgeable about the body, she really helps everyone, always gives alternatives and ensures any new people get a proper induction to the reformer Pilates equipment. She passes on her knowledge and expertise in a very friendly welcoming manner. I was quite daunted about joining as I have a bad back and was concerned about how much I could do and whether doing exercises wrong would worsen my condition. Love the new Reform Pilates studio in Fitness First Cronulla. The beds/machines are very user friendly. The Reform Pilates instructors are great. Sylvia takes the time to explain and demonstrate the moves and Myra is exactly what I need to kick off my Tuesday with a laugh. Love how they both make a point of getting to know our names, we are not just a number. Highly recommend.

This use to be my fav gym out of all the shire FF, since the rockdale ff closed we have had an influx of new members, not enough 6am classes, cardio machines very busy certain mornings, and the car park. some machines broken. Monday has 0 classes. Sylvania has all the classes with lots of Cronulla people traveling to Sylvania early morning. We use to have a basic training class pre Covid.
